We want you to absolutely love your purchase from AuDHDly Reptile Studio.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out - we’re always happy to help and will do our best to make things right.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

While shipping issues are often outside of our control, we take responsibility for ensuring you receive what you ordered.

Personalized Items (Non-Returnable)

Items that include custom or personalized text - such as your reptile’s name or wording chosen by the buyer - are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will, of course, replace it or issue a refund.

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Personalized Items Only)

If you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong size or item:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Refunds cover the item cost only (original shipping is non-refundable)

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

For customers outside the United States:

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are set by your local government and are outside of our control.
